transCareer Transition Services assist departing employees to get back on their feet in the most efficient, timely, and positive possible manner. Working with a Career Coach ensures that outplaced employees do not feel alone at a difficult time. They will have the support of a Human Resources Professional who can guide them through each step of career transition: skills-assessment, health and wellness coaching, job search strategic planning, target company research, resume/on-line profile development, networking, interviewing, and ultimately negotiating an offer for their new position.
